What size tent should I choose for my family?
Our tents are categorized by the number of people they can accommodate (2-3 person, 4 person, 6 person, 8-9 person, and 10+ person). We recommend choosing a tent size that gives everyone a little extra space for comfort and gear storage. For example, a family of four might be more comfortable in a 6-person tent.
How do I choose the right sleeping bag temperature rating?
Our sleeping bags are rated for specific temperature ranges: 24°F and below (for cold weather), 25-39°F (for cool weather), 40-49°F (for mild weather), and 50°F and up (for warm weather). Consider the typical nighttime temperatures where you’ll be camping and choose a bag rated for slightly lower temperatures than you expect for maximum comfort.
Do you offer big and tall camping chairs?
Yes! We understand that comfort is key for all campers. Our “Big & Tall” category features camp chairs designed with extra space and support for larger individuals, ensuring everyone can relax comfortably around the campfire.

– Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Arrives in 15-25 days after shipment. A great economical choice (not available for some remote areas).

How long will it take to receive my order?
After you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and pack it with care. Then, add the transit time for your chosen shipping method (10-15 days for Standard, 15-25 days for Free Shipping). Most customers worldwide receive their orders within these timeframes, though delivery may vary slightly based on location and customs processes.
I need my gear soon for a trip. Which shipping should I choose?
For time-sensitive trips, we highly recommend selecting our Standard Shipping option via DHL or FedEx for faster delivery (10-15 days after shipment).
