Just like we carefully plan our camping trips, we’ve put thoughtful consideration into our shipping and returns policies to ensure your experience with us is as smooth as a calm lake at dawn.
Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. All items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- BatteryGuard products (due to battery safety regulations)
- Opened or used sleeping bags (especially our temperature-specific bags: 24°F And Below, 25-39°F, 40-49°F, and 50°F And Up)
- Used camping furniture and seating (Camp Chairs, Camp Furniture, Camp Seating)
- Opened or installed Beach Shades and Canopies & Shelters
Note: All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
- Our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside
- Ship the package to our address (shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility)

International Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees. We cannot refund original customs duties or import taxes.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
- If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method
- We’ll ship the exchanged item using your preferred shipping method
