2.2 Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you promptly and either place it on backorder or cancel the item and refund you accordingly.

2.3 Temperature-Specific Products

Please note that our temperature-rated sleeping bags (24°F And Below, 25-39°F, 40-49°F, and 50°F And Up) are designed for specific climate conditions. It’s your responsibility to select the appropriate product for your needs.

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This represents our acceptance of your order and forms a contract between you and Cozy Camp Time Shop.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order. If your payment cannot be processed, your order will not be fulfilled.

3.3 Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request to modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as orders enter our processing system.

4.1 Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4.2 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

4.3 International Orders

We ship worldwide, excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other isolated regions. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing.

4.4 Delivery Issues

If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the package is lost in transit, we’ll either reship your order or provide a refund.

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. All items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• BatteryGuard products (due to battery safety regulations)
• Opened or used sleeping bags
• Used camping furniture and seating (Camp Chairs, Camp Furniture, Camp Seating)
• Opened or installed Beach Shades and Canopies & Shelters

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer support at [email protected] within 15 days
2. Provide your order number and item details
3. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Package the item securely with the RMA visible
5. Ship to: Cozy Camp Time Shop Returns Department, 1823 North Munchkin Lane, Fayetteville, US 72704

5.4 Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we’ll process once we receive the original item. Price differences will be refunded or invoiced accordingly.

5.5 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. International returns should be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees. We cannot refund original customs duties or import taxes.

6.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and checkout process.

6.2 Product Use

You are responsible for:

• Selecting appropriate products for your intended use
• Following all manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines
• Using products in accordance with their intended purpose
• Proper maintenance and care of products

Cozy Camp Time Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our products or website.
